Bob Mascatello is the Executive Director of Steam Pilots, Inc. He is also the founder of thecapsociety.com, an organization focused on Technology Workforce and Career Development.  Upon his retirement, Bob spent over forty years in the IT field, most recently as a consultant for a global IT Consultancy, where he led programs in Cloud Computing and Data Analytics. Prior to that, he was a Cloud Program Manager for Oracle and Verizon, and a technology consultant for Ernst & Young and Deloitte. Bob earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Computer Modeling from Binghamton University.
