Steam Pilots Offers a Diverse Portfolio of K-12 STEAM Programs

3D printing
Our 3D Printing curriculum provides a full life cycle of activities. Students learn about the role of 3D printers in Manufacturing, Health Care, and Engineering. Next, they learn to design 3D models using Tinkercad and how to professionally render their models using our PRUSA and Bambu printers.

Coding and Robotics
Students learn to communicate with and control a robotic arm and other autonomous devices using both Microblocks and Python coding. Elements of AI and Machine Learning are added in various experiments, including Obstacle Avoidance and Navigation.

Databot
K-12 students are introduced to the world of sensors, connected devices, Internet of Things, and Data Science using the Databot. This Gold Standard of STEM devices allows for a myriad of experiments and applications in Engineering, Aerospace, Robotics, and Physics.

Video Game Design
Our Video Game Design team provides hands-on training on the Unity software platform. Students learn to create and orchestrate characters, scenes, and movements into working PC games.

Graphic Design
Using popular tools such as Canva, Visme, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma, our Graphic Design instructors empower students to create and communicate effectively. Students learn Color Theory and Composition, and how to apply these concepts in their visual storytelling.

Responsible AI
Our AI teaching method introduces students to the latest generative AI tools to support their learning. Topics such as Ethics, Biased models, and the need for fact-checking are woven into the curriculum. Most importantly, we integrate AI with project-based STEAM learning.

Cybersecurity
Tomorrow's technology leaders will require a working knowledge of this growing field. Our Cybersecurity program utilizes project-based hackathons and gamification to make this educational experience entertaining and engaging.
